Jon Plotner is a certified organizational leadership coach with over 30 years of experience in both ministry and the marketplace. He is passionate about coming alongside leaders to see their organizations thrive by equipping them with the tools they need to lead well. Jon utilizes his skills in process design, strategic planning, organizational coaching, project management, and change management to equip leaders to maximize their personal and organizational effectiveness.
After serving in an executive pastoral role at a 15,000-member church in Colorado and later leading implementation and customer success teams at Pushpay, Jon now serves in a dual role as Executive Pastor of Operations at Bethany Community Church in Seattle and as a coach and culture strategist on Jenni Catron's team at The 4SIGHT Group. In these roles, he draws on his unique experience across both ministry and the marketplace to help leaders build healthy operations, strong culture, and effective systems for their organizations.
Jon and his wife Charlene are empty nesters who have been married for 33 years and live in Seattle, Washington.
