Jon Plotner is a certified organizational leadership coach with over 25 years of experience in both ministry and the marketplace. He is passionate about coming alongside leaders to see their organizations thrive by equipping them with the tools they need to lead well. Jon utilizes his skills in process design, strategic planning, organizational coaching, project management, and change management to equip leaders to maximize their personal and organizational effectiveness.
After serving in an executive pastoral role at a 15,000 member church in Colorado, Jon currently serves as the Director of Implementation at Pushpay. There he leads multiple teams that partner with church leaders to implement technology to help in building community, connection, and belonging. Jon has unique experience and understanding of both the ministry and marketplace and is passionate about helping marketplace leaders view their roles through the lens of ministry.
Jon and his wife Charlene are empty nesters who have been married for 30 years and live in Seattle, Washington. In his free time, he serves at Venture Church leading worship and teaching discipleship courses.
