In this phase you’ll answer the question, “Where
are we now?” In order to build a pathway for the
culture you aspire to, you’ll need to have a clear
understanding of what is true about your culture
right now.

Define Your Desired Culture

The definition phase is about dreaming. It’s about
answering the question, “Who are we and how do
we want to work together to achieve our mission?”
You’ll paint the picture of the preferred future for
your team.

Build Your Dream Culture

In the build phase you’ll answer the question,
“What will it take?” Now that you’ve defined where
you are and clarified where you want to be, it’s time
to build a plan to close the gap between your actual
and aspirational culture. In this phase you’ll define
the values that will guide you, the systems to support you, and the rhythms that reinforce your culture every day.

Equip Your Team

The fourth phase is about identifying your imme-
diate and long-term commitment to developing
leaders at all levels of the organization to ensure
they are equipped to effectively lead your culture.
You’ll address the question, “How will we lead culture effectively?”

Commit to the Culture Plan

The final phase is about instilling your commit-
ment to the plan you’ve designed. You’ll answer the
question, “How do we maintain momentum?”

How We Customize Your LeadCulture Survey:

  • A 30 minute introductory call to gather information pertinent to facilitate the survey and discuss the process of how the survey is facilitated. 
  • A customized survey that is created for your organization. You will have the ability to work from our template of questions based on the Culture Hierarchy of Needs and then add any questions specific to your needs, culture and values. 
  • A detailed and customized report of your results.
  • A 45 minute debrief call to discuss the results of your survey. During this time a coach will guide you through the report, share their insights and areas of focus and share the top 10, bottom 10 summary.
