D. Milan Ford has an immeasurable passion to help leaders grow from where they are to where they want and need to be.
For over 25 years, Milan has had the opportunity to work as an pastor and executive director for a number of churches and notable faith-based organizations.
As one of the first alumnus of the Disney Institute, Milan possesses an unique blend of corporate marketing and ministry leadership skills that has helped him serve as an executive consultant for companies like Chick-fil-A, Multicast Media, and the Vanderbloemen Search Group, while maintaining a firm and unwavering commitment to serving and championing the local church.
After graduating from Clark Atlanta University with a Bachelor’s degree in Religion and Philosophy, Milan first began his ministry career as an Executive Director of Student Ministries for one of the largest churches in America, and later became an Executive Pastor of two multi-site churches, the first in Austin (TX) and then Charlotte (NC).
With certifications in both Human Resource management and Patrick Lencioni’s Working Genius facilitation, Milan is dedicated to guiding teams and coaching leaders through workplace conflict, employment transitions, and how to navigate through seasons of shifting organizational cultures, and decision making processes.
Milan currently serves as the Executive Director of Operations at Turning Point Church, where he oversees all areas of finance, facilities and human resources for what is now perhaps one of the most diverse, multi-site churches in the South Atlanta region. He and his wife Imani live in McDonough, Georgia and are the parents of three children.
