Dorian Botsis is passionate about growing fully devoted followers of Christ and specializes in strategy and leadership development. He is passionate about seeing people have “a-ha” moments of clarification and growth, especially in their ongoing transformation towards being like Jesus. He achieves this through focused coaching with people who desire to grow.
Originally from South Africa, Dorian became a U.S. citizen in 2011. He has served in multiple church roles and currently serves as the executive pastor at Faith Community Church while also filling the role as the campus pastor at their Framingham Campus location. As an entrepreneur, Dorian was the founder of Hammer and Chisel Inc., an education enhancement non-profit that led students on educational and exploratory trips to Europe, South Africa, and America.
Dorian is an engaging speaker and developer of others. His varied experiences allow him to coach people across industries towards success personally and corporately. He has a PhD in Theology with a focus on theological ethics and a concentration in leadership development.
He is married with two sons and enjoys spending time with his family. Outside of work you will find Dorian playing strategy games, cooking, watching movies, reading, and finding ways to cheer on his family.
