Jerry Hurley is the Team Development Leader of Life.Church, an inter-state, multi-site church, with 800+ team members based ini Edmond, Oklahoma.
Over the past 20 years, Jerry has been responsible for the team and cultural development at Life.Church and has helped shape the overall direction of the church. Under his leadership, Life.Church has been listed on the Glassdoor Best Places to work since 2017 and was named the #1 Best Place to Work in 2020 and 2021.
Jerry oversees multiple operational areas including Training and Development, Human Resources, Logistics, and Financial Operations.
Before stepping into full-time ministry at Life.Church, Jerry was a District Team Leader for Target and had 17 years of operational leadership in the retail industry.
Jerry is an advocate for a values-driven approach to building and nurturing culture deep within the organization. He also has a passion for coaching other executives to do the same.
Jerry and his wife, Annette, live in Edmond, Oklahoma and have three children, two daughters-in-law, and two grandsons.
